Data Collection and Use eRealSign's Cloud Drive Integration feature collects and uses the following information:

Google Drive Integration

• **Files Access**: We access only files you explicitly choose to store through eRealSign
• **Folder Creation**: We create an "eRealSign" folder in your Google Drive to organize documents
• **File Storage**: Document packages are stored in your personal Google Drive
• **No Data Mining**: We do not scan, analyze, or process your personal files

Data Security

- All connections use OAuth 2.0 secure authentication - Your cloud drive credentials are encrypted and stored securely - We never store your cloud drive password - Access tokens are encrypted in our database

Data Retention

- Connection information is retained until you disconnect the service - Archived documents remain in your personal cloud drive under your control - You can revoke access at any time through your cloud provider settings

Third-Party Access

- eRealSign does not share your cloud drive data with third parties - Your documents remain private in your personal cloud storage - We comply with all cloud provider terms of service
