# Terms of Service - eRealSign Cloud Drive Integration ## Service Description eRealSign's Cloud Drive Integration allows you to: - Connect your Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive account - Automatically archive completed document packages - Access your eRealSign documents from your personal cloud storage ## User Responsibilities ### Account Security - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your cloud drive accounts - You must use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available - You must not share your eRealSign account credentials ### Acceptable Use - Use the service only for legitimate document management purposes - Do not attempt to access other users' cloud storage - Comply with all applicable laws and cloud provider terms of service ## Service Limitations ### Availability - Cloud integration depends on third-party service availability - eRealSign is not responsible for cloud provider outages - We provide reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime ### Storage Limits - Storage is limited by your personal cloud drive quota - eRealSign does not provide additional storage space - You are responsible for managing your cloud storage usage ## Data and Privacy ### Your Data Ownership - You retain full ownership of all documents stored in your cloud drive - eRealSign creates copies only for backup and archival purposes - You can remove eRealSign access at any time ### Service Termination - You may disconnect cloud integration at any time - Existing archived documents will remain in your cloud drive - eRealSign will delete stored connection credentials upon disconnection ## Limitation of Liability eRealSign is not liable for: - Data loss due to cloud provider issues - Unauthorized access to your cloud accounts - Service interruptions beyond our control ## Contact Information For terms questions: legal@erealsign.com *Last updated: 09/10/2025*
